👉🏻 Italian Cheese and Wine Tasting (May 19th at 8:00 pm), featuring 9 artisanal cheeses with Protected Designation of Origin from the Lombardy, Piedmont, and Sardinia regions, paired with 3 exclusive wines from small Italian producers to enhance their flavor.

👉🏻 Italian Tasting Menu (May 13th and 20th at 8:00 pm). Our chef Marité Madrid proposes a 4-course menu plus dessert (made with Italian PDO cheeses) with a spectacular pairing of 3 exclusive wines from small Italian producers... Mamma mia!

Guided in-person food and wine pairing tasting limited to 20 places .

During the months of July and August, every Monday at 9:00 PM we will hold a guided wine and food pairing tasting, lasting approximately 2 hours, consisting of:

8 artisanal cheeses
4 exclusive wines from small producers
8 side dishes created by our chef Marité Madrid

Marcelo Álvarez , our cheese expert , will guide attendees on a delightful journey through the world of cheese, presenting a selection of top-quality artisanal cheeses. This sensory experience will be enhanced by a tasting of exceptional wines, carefully chosen with in-depth knowledge to achieve a sublime pairing.

🧀 🍷 And so the experience doesn't end with the event, at its conclusion we'll offer you the opportunity to take home portions of the delicious cheeses and bottles of the spectacular wines you tasted during the tasting... so you can continue enjoying them wherever you like! 🙌🏻
