PRICES

Prices on our website are shown in euros (€).

In accordance with current legislation, all purchases made from our website will be subject to Value Added Tax (VAT).

Shipping costs will be added to the purchase summary before you make the payment.

La Carbonera reserves the right to modify the prices shown on the website without prior notice. The price of the products will be the price stipulated on our website at the time of the order, except in the case of obvious error. Although we try to ensure that all prices listed on the website are correct, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be considered canceled and you will be fully refunded for any amounts paid.

We will not be obliged to supply the product(s) to you at the incorrect lower price (even if we have sent you a Shipping Confirmation) if the pricing error is obvious and unambiguous and could reasonably have been recognized by you as an incorrect price. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

In principle, all products in our store are available unless they are marked as "out of stock" on the product page. Please note that, due to their handcrafted nature, many of our products have limited production runs. If a product is out of stock when you place your order and we haven't been able to update this information in the store, we will contact you immediately to offer a product with similar features and price or issue a refund.

TRANSPORT

Under normal circumstances, the transit time for orders received is 24 to 48 hours for destinations within the Community of Madrid. Generally, 80% of orders are delivered within this timeframe unless the customer specifies a different delivery date. If your order is urgent, please contact us by phone at +34 911 100 669 or by email at info@lacarboneramadrid.com to ensure your order arrives in optimal condition. We do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by email at info@lacarboneramadrid.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, clearly stating the problem. For exchanges and returns, please bring your order and invoice to the La Carbonera store, and we will provide the necessary solution. We will not accept exchanges or returns without prior notification.

CANCELLATIONS

The maximum period for cancelling an order is 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the time of its placement, for which you should contact La Carbonera Madrid by phone at 911 100 669 or by email at info@lacarboneramadrid.com.

SECURITY IN CARD PAYMENTS

La Carbonera accepts payments by credit or debit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, and Ticket Restaurant), PayPal, Bizum, and Google Pay. To protect the security of credit and debit card payments, we use secure payment gateways.

Confidential payment information is transmitted directly and securely (SSL encrypted) to the financial institution. When making a payment through a secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is enabled for Secure Electronic Commerce.

Then it will connect with the issuing bank, which will request authentication and authorization of the transaction.

Through PayPal, you can pay quickly and securely with your PayPal account or with your credit or debit card (no PayPal account required), without sharing your financial information with La Carbonera. Payments are managed entirely by PayPal, so we do not have access to your financial information. Card payments can be used for any type of delivery, whether home delivery or in-store pickup.

THE ORDER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.

VERIFICATION OF PERSONAL DATA

La Carbonera reserves the right to contact its customers and/or carry out certain checks when it deems it appropriate, in order to guarantee the authenticity of the personal data provided.
