Guided Wine Pairing Tasting - "Vive la France II"

Guided in-person food and wine pairing tasting limited to 20 places :

Next Wednesday, July 19th at 8:00 PM we will be holding a guided wine and food pairing tasting, lasting 1.5 hours, consisting of 5 wines from different regions of France and 5 artisanal cheeses from small producers.

Our cheesemaker Marcelo will present some delicious artisan cheeses, representative of the best French varieties:

• Lactic

• Washed rinds

• Long maturation periods

• Cooked pasta

• Blues

The wine tasting will be led by Silvia Rocher, sommelier at Alma Vinos Únicos , who will complete the pairing with five of the best regions in France:

• Loire

• Oath

• Cahors

• Beaujolais

• Sauternes
