Guided in-person food and wine pairing tasting limited to 20 places :

Next Wednesday, July 12th at 8:00 PM, we will be holding a guided wine and food pairing tasting, lasting 1.5 hours, consisting of 5 wines from different regions of France and 5 artisanal cheeses from small producers.

The wine tasting will be led by Silvia Rocher, sommelier at Alma Vinos Únicos , who will present five of the best regions in France:

• Loire

• Oath

• Cahors

• Beaujolais

• Sauternes

For his part, our cheesemaker Marcelo will present some delicious artisan cheeses, representative of the best French varieties:

• Lactic

• Washed rinds

• Long maturation periods

• Cooked pasta

• Blues

Note: Please arrive 15 minutes early for the tasting. Thank you!

How does it work?

2. Come to our restaurant on the date and time of the event: WEDNESDAY, JULY 12 at 8:00 PM
