Cheeses, Wines and Pasteurized Love - Tasting and Pairing

Guided in-person wine pairing tasting limited to two sessions of 24 places each:

• Monday, February 17th at 8:00 PM:

This year we propose a very different Valentine's Day! 💘 In an unparalleled dialectical and culinary face-off, our resident cheesemaker Marcelo Álvarez and psychologist and author Luis Muiño will turn the preconceived notions that love, cheeses, and wines have anchored in our daily customs and perceptions on their head.

On this occasion, Marcelo will present a delicious, loving, and surprising pairing composed of:

• 12 artisanal cheeses from small producers

• 4 exclusive wines from very special wineries and vintages

For his part, the brilliant Luis Muiño will reveal the main ideas included in his new book "The Trap of Love", connecting them in their fair and appropriate measure with the cheeses and wines of the Tasting.
