Marcelo's Tastings - Guided Pairing Tasting

Guided in-person tasting and pairing session limited to 24 places .

Italian Cheese Weeks are coming to Madrid, and La Carbonera Madrid had to be there with its special, private tasting and pairing events. This time, we propose:

• 9 artisanal Italian cheeses with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO), carefully selected from small producers passionate about their craft and from the Lombardy, Piedmont, and Sardinia regions.

• The selected cheeses are Asiago PDO, Quartirolo Lombardo PDO, Taleggio PDO, Pecorino Sardo PDO, and Gorgonzola PDO, at different stages of maturation.

• We will pair them with 3 exclusive wines from small Italian producers to enhance their flavor.

How does it work?

1. Buy our Italian cheese and wine pairing ( The price shown is per person ; please add the desired number of guests in the 'QUANTITY' selection box below).

2. Go to La Carbonera on the shift you have chosen in the selection box below ‘DATE’ (Tuesday, April 28 or Tuesday, May 19 at 8:00 p.m., choosing High or Low table).
